I have Outlook 2000. I went to tools/services, but there was no private mailbox located there. I went to tools/options, but there is no mail setup there either. Any other ideas? And yes, this is the English version! :-)

Okay, on his computer I found a .PST file under his old user profile. So I moved it from the old one to the new one; however, no old emails showed up when I started his outlook. Is there something else I have to do with the .PST file to make the files show up?

When I was getting a successful backup, there were files skipped. So skipped files is not the issue either. I could post a successful back up, many of them, showing files that have been skipped, but if you want me to post the one from Oct. 11, I would be happy too.
