Aspect Network Access Codes
I need help with enabaling Network Access Codes in Aspect CC 8. Is it possbile to enable Network Access Codes, and... Have Dial 9 for public network calls turned on But turn off the Access Code and send any 4-7 digits for private netwok or ACD calls? Has anyone been able to accomplish this...- ccmanager
