Vodavi STS Voicemail
One of my phone extensions does not forward calls to voicemail. I have the voice mail box setup but when we transfer a call, it rings but never goes to voicemail. What are the correct programming steps to correct this? We only have one voicemail group with 15 extensions.- cclincoln
