    Another reason to switchto InDesign. I admit I use/own a copy of Quark 6 cause sometimes I just have to use it to accomodate lemming clients, but what a PITA program it is. --catman

    I find the quark issues (I use Font Reserve) are much easier to work with in quark 6. However everthing else about it is terrible. I don't think they made any improvement since quark 4 and many things are worse because you need xtensions for everything that is basic in InDesign. Why pay for...

    Quark 4 had an xtension, picture attributes so when one imported (not update a missing or modified image) an image the picture box retained the geometry (scaling, x/y offset of the graphic. How is this done in quark 6? catman
