Yes it is the right version - 10.0.5520.15

How do i check that? Have looked in the registry and program files - nothing obvious.....? I uninstalled the 9.1 agent on the exchange server, prior to reinstalling BE on the media server, and then pushing out the remote agent. The Backup Exec service account is a domain admin. Thanks.

I've just checked the backup logs - it's backing up the exchange mailboxes and information store (from the jobs saved from the previous version of BE) - but they're just not showing up in the GUI for new selection.... don't get it?
