    You won't be able to do this if you're right clicking on the CD drive in My computer. Try opening the cd to see the files, select them all and then right click, properties.     I've seen this before too and the way I've got around it is to add the printer as a local printer but create a new standard TCP/IP port while doing so. You may need to install the drivers for the printer locally though. As for the printing fonts not right, I'd suggest updating the printer driver.
