Using Exchange Admin you should be able to create a Custom Recipient with the users external Email address. Than bring up the properties of the users internal mailbox and set the alternate recipient section of the delivery options tab to send the messages to the Custom recipient you just created.

Is there anyway to search for the SMTP address of a public folder.

I have a client who's Offline File and Folder Settings... Button Missing is missing and his synchronization tabs are also missing. Has anyone ever ran into this problem before? He is running Win 98 and Outlook 98.
