Michelle, Thank you for your reply. I think I need more information. I guess you are saying if I go to posconfig & choose devices I'll be able to see the printer information? Micros POS printing problem
I have no experience with micros but my customer asked me if I could figure out how to print from their micros. After a power failure they replace their one micros terminal with a spare one. It now doesn't print (it does print to the print roll connected) but not the remote printer. It gives a...- caroline726
