I already checked hotmail into outlook deal - hotmail doesn't allow its free accounts to be dealt through outlook. They're one step ahead of us...

Hotmail did not upgrade my memory to 250 Mb so I'm still on measly 2 megs. Who knows how to upgrade if it hasn't upgraded automatically? And hotmail support is terrible, I've emailed them now and in the past and they don't respond. It's time to diss it altogether...
