Hi all,
I have a 2008 server running Exchange 2007 SP1 that crashed hard (power outage, bad battery backup), so I repaired the database. It happened again a few days later, and what I could find online basically says not to run on that twice-repaired database for long.

The way we have it set up is that an underscore automatically means "_DomainUsers"
So when someone writes an email to My_daughter@hotmail.com and then backspaces a bit and misses the underscore it automatically resolves to domain users and they send them out.
I agree, it's a training issue...
Hi there,
I am wondering if there is a way to force people to click "yes I am sure I want to send this message" or something when sending to _Domain Users.
We have people accidentally sending emails around to the entire domain about their home problems, selling eggs, and crap like that...

Merging two Exchange servers... Hard, easy, or even possible?

Is there a service that is hanging at the "starting" stage?
Go to start->Run and type in "Services.msc" without the quotes.
Check and make sure all of them are started or blank, they shouldnt be "starting" or "stopping"
Anything in the event logs?
Alt+M and then use the arrow keys to move the program window around the screen.
