- All trunk are working now.
- When I make a call to hotline number, after ringing 30s PABX forward the call to my mobile number( by the number in the trunk group). I answer the call, in my I hear gree in my mobile phone, and the phone in the other site still ring. I dunno why :(

Im trying to configure call forwarding to mobile phone number when the extension is busy/no answer in 24-09( external call)
I enter 804 + 001 ( trunk group) + mobile phone but it doesn't work. Can somebody help me to solve it.

Hi everyone, I have got an issue: when I transfer an external call ( Analog CO, SIP TRUNK) to another extension only oneway audio. Transferring internal call is normal. I have ever got this issue before. Any idea for my issue?

Thank for your reply. Too dificult in my case, my customer wanna keep 6 + room number. When i read manual and config i do not see any document tell about that :(
Hi everyone, Im a newbie on NEC. I have a case :
- 3 SV9100 netlink with number 60 + room number.
- 3 SL2100 use Aspirenet to connect together and 3 SV 9100 with configured number : 61,62,63 + room number.
Our customer do not want to dial 5 digits cause its too long, they want to dial 4 digit 6...
