This one is odd and i've only seen it happen to two people. Wondering if any of you have witness this and have a fix for it. Sometimes (It sporadic) users are listening to Mermail and it will skip a few seconds of the message, even though the user hasn't pressed any options. Any ideas?

No manuals, if you go to school you will get a course booklet but thats not ever really a manual. You can probably get more detail using the help files in architect. It has answers to most basic senarios.
