Im on 2000 server, as admin, and cannot access, delete, modify, autorize, change audit, or anything.
you cannot either change or delete the root directory because of this folder...

Hello, Im using synchback program for free... it synchs the files at any given time... so you can do it every 10 minutes if you want...
it is not real time but works great.
Try to open schedule tasks and click the tasks and re-enter the passwords again....
This happens to me everytime I change something on the tasks, ie: schedule or anything.
try if this works...
I have to agree that instead doing 8 partitions, you can do 8 directories. The advantages of this one is that the directory sizes are flexible unlike partitions that if you give them 8 gb each then thats it.
If so happens in the future that 1 user needs bigger capacity than the other then you...
This is a stupid question... but
are you on the same ip address group? subnet? how about workgroup name? any firewall? what about security wherein you have to give a name their rights to access that folder?

the standard web directory is "www.mydomain.here"
and the virtual directory is "www.mydomain.here/virtual"
the contents of the virtual directory can be anywhere your servers local drive. It doesnt need to be under the web folder.

I went to my domains control panel and changed my names servers to ns1.mydomain.com since they offer free url forwarding. I'm just waiting because it takes time to change nameservers.
