    Try setting up a home directory for your users, when its mapped through the profile it will set the folder with permissions giving the Administrators full control as well as the user. When the user leaves you should be able to just delete their home directory Bob

    Answer found! when setting up the choices in Group Policy I was inadverently using Local Policy instead of Domain Policy. Once I used the correct one everything worked as advertised. Bob
