our 2 wins servers (W2K3) which are both defined as PUSH/PULL partners for each other seem not to replicate with 100% accuracy.
E.g. while the expired dates on tombstoned entries on WINS server 1 lie far in the past (like March 2008) the expired dates for the same tombstoned entries...

thanks very much for the link - however, I already implemented the settings recommend in this Guide and the size is set to 5000KB but the access.log still grows larger and larger.
Do you know if there exists a patch for this problem which seems to be a bug to me ?

our weblogic server is configured to rotate logs at a síze of 5000KB (=default) in Prod mode.
This is alright for the Server.Log which rotates at exactly that size but the HTTP Access.Log just ignores this setting and keeps growing far beyond that size.

We would like to find out who performs these changes but we can only see the hostname$ as caller user.

I cannot find any shutdown by xxx user id event's.
I have searched the net but cannot find anything.
I would assume it's an audit function as it would be
