Sorry didn't work.... pressing mute key has no effect...no lights... Are you suggesting pressing mute key when at rest? User doesn't want it ringing at all. An off hook causes speaker to still operate. thanks anyway.

Trying to download itunes on laptop with XP Pro 64 service pack 2. Getting error message "requires vista 64 bit installer" I thought I had proper system requirements. Why won't this download? I don't care if I have to use an older version of itunes. Any suggestions? Thanks
