I think you should look at a breed of call accounting that is hosted by the supplier. You do not have to deal with all of that. Look at www.atcomm.com CommView ASP. Do a trail. It will not interfere with your existing OTM and see the simplicity of it all. You get the resports w/o the trouble.

You should look at other applications other than OTM. www.atcomm.com can handle both the legacy switches and new VoIP seemlessly. Go for a free ASP trial. Won't interfere with OTM 1.2. If you are satisfied you can either buy as CPE or let them host it.
