    Well, the reinstall worked for 1 day, then failed the same way again, so am still having the problem. If I find any answers will let share with the group.

    Found another thread on this. They suggested uninstall/reinstall of the printer. Of course, I first tried changing the driver, then reinstalled original driver,etc before trying this simple fix...And of course, it appears just deleteing the printer, then doing a reinstall fixed the problem.

    Netware 5.1 Service Pack 4 w/pure IP network ArcServe 7 Service Pack 4 We can do backups from the server, but not from Workstation Manager. W/S Manager fails to login. Any ideas?

    Workstations OS - Win95, Win98, WinME, WinNT, Win2K, & WinXP I have created each user an account (300+ users), but want to use a Generic account. Once into the server, the software we need to run requires it's own username and password, so will have adequate security.
