hi Jim, thank-you very much for your reply. what had gone wrong was that my "music computer" had so many bits of software and equipment linked up with each other, and took ages to set up, [I had vowed I'd never change a thing], but a friend passed over the latest version of b.i.a.b. and I tried...- buuster

Missing wmvcore.dll in Win98
hi ya timthedog, I have exactly the same problem with band in a box, windows 98 says it needs WMVCORE.DLL I've searched 98 = 98 se but can't find that file. it seems you were advised to use reg cure etc., and I tried regvac, but had no joy, have you found an answer yet please ?- buuster
