I want to export 1 field from an access table into a text file. I can do this no problem into a file where each record is on a separate line, but the format that I want is "record1,record2,record3" etc. I'm struggling, any ideas would be appreciated [afro]- busalesl

No. The section break only appears after merging. There are no headers and footers, and I'm not taking a merged file apart. Thanks anyway. [pipe]- busalesl

remove Section Break in Mail Merge
I have been using a mail merge but found that a section break is always added at the end of the Form Letters. The form that I am merging to is only 2 pages long, but 3 pages are always printed unless I manually remove the page break. Does anyone know how to set up the merge so that the break...- busalesl
