I set this to yes and busyed out and released the station but still not auto answering

sorry but I just tried that but it still is not working I reconfigured the audio to use head set and checked the box and restarted the application and rebooted the workstation but still it did not auto answer
I did bring up the picutre of the phone and the head set button is not pressable, or...
I am trying to set up a IP soft phone using IP Agent and IP Soft phone to auto-answer a call
when i set it up i set the phone to auto-answer: ALL
but the phone does not answer when i call it
it rings and rings then says 1 missed call
i can answer it manually but i would like to do it...
