You need to set on the polycomm unit the correct Flash timing so that it matches or fally within the correct rang in the 3300 otherwise the FAC to join the calls together doesn't work
first steps check the ONS/OPS circuit assignment for your low/high flash timer.
Then check the feature access...
UCE doesn't have a keypad only a section to enter the digits you can use FAC e.g. *60 oo #60 but as far as I'm aware you cannot interact with an IVR only prentered digits then press the call button.

Hi Bob & John
there are a few things to be mindful of is if you have licenses added manually not via the AMC then they are locked to the controller and only MITEL can unlock them. previously they had to issue a new sysID with the licenses on them but they are now able to unlock but you have to...
Hi Learner07
I know its not what you want to hear but unfortunatly the wonly way is by running report to see who has logged in to chek if it is being used.
I had over 300 logins on 1 ACD and they only way i found was taylor the login to a person and document it in a spreadsheet and then remov...
Hi Stinny
Yes you can you export your reports but when you import them back into CMS they go into the designer section.
I did it when we wanted to bring another outsource partner into to use the same reports as ours.

One other thing to note is DPNSS Interface Cards do not show up on the above commands only a physical inspection can confirm.
If the install was done well they might have an empty slot showing between the DS1 cards.
I have had first hand occurance of this.
Good Luck

03 goto...

I have over 90 users in one site...
One thing to point out you can also have problems if you have already routed a call through 1 vdn first as the ques to skill 1st vector command will look to see the skill in the 1st VDN (always check the VDN overide setting)
I had a hell of a time with this when AVAYA came back to tell me what...
