    It is actually an MPLS/Private IP. The Verizon router changes the signal to a PRI handoff.

    Thanks for the input but I inquired my Verizon contact and was told they do not offer that option. They offer an unscreened ANI option but it requires a diversion header. From what I found, the diversion header is only available if we were a SIP shop.

    The inbound callers number to a phone with call forwarding or EC500 activated is used as the outbound caller ID. If a customer calls my office phone which is call forwarded to my cellular device, the customers number is used as outbound caller ID. I cannot override the calling party's number...
