The time of day is currently set up for the night greeting and is schedueled to turn off at the time this acd group comes in. Should I set up another greeting to go on after this time in case they get stuck in night mode? Is there any such thing as a automatic day/night instead of manual?- bunnyrabbit

I currently have a supervisor with a night key on her phone. When she comes in, she presses the night key then the number 3 to place in to day mode. Last week I had a problem where her key locked up and was unable to place the system back in to day mode. Can anyone give me a suggestion as to...- bunnyrabbit
