HDD seems dead, could it be the controller?
This computer would go into a 5-hour scandisk session after a normal shut-down. Then it failed abruptly and went into a black screen stating that it found an invalid startup disk. Cannot connect USB Printer
I am trying to connect a new Lexmark All in One USB printer to a machine running Win98SE. The computer was originally running Win95 and has an added USB card. I suspect that that is the problem. Probably need the driver software, but my customer does not have it. Any suggestions?- Bullheaded
