I just installed a new BCM the other day....now I need to make some program changes and my laptop crashed....I bought a new XP but can"t seem to set up my subnet parms to access the BCM Manager....pls help
I have a Opt11C with CallPilot (using auto Attn) in a remote area where there is no access to a CO. I only have access to an Opt61C. My problem: If I use 500 station ports from the 61C as COT's to the 11C I have a problem with disc supv and the auto attn ports are held up for some time or won't...
My Opt 11C Mini is constantly giveing me BSD090 errors I have checked power, grounding & the UPS all are ok...anyone have any tips as to what might be the problem?
leeneip, if you're not familiar with meridian, why would you want to complicate matters by trying to use MAT/OTM? Check out the MAT/OTM user docs before you purchase. Must who purchase don't use it anyway.
Here's my problem....incoming call answered by auto attendant, caller uses thru dial to dn xxxx. dn xxxx does not answer it rings 4 times then caller gets reorder tone, call does not go to v-mail.
dn xxxx can answer call if he is at his desk.
internal callers to dn xxxx go to v-mail after 4...
I'm looking for some good monitoring equipment(Not Teltronics SEB)...I came across Alphasense & RSS. Does anyone have any info or success stories with the product?

Just my opinion....I personally know many customers who have purchased MAT/OTM and I also have it installed on my notebook...my own expereince, and also negative comments made to me by customers whom have purchased MAT/OTM If I were a salesman I wouldn't sell OTM to my worst enemy.
