Why can't anybody give me a straight answer to this simple question? I am currecntly running PS 4.0 Standard Edition. The MyCitrix web site is very confusing and does not give you any answers. I opened a case with Citrix, they gave me a case number, sent me an e-mail, in which they said they...
I may sound stupid but here goes. I want to upgrade from PS 4.0 to 4.5. Citrix tells me that since/if I have SA that I can up for free. I know we had SA before, but am not sure if management has kept it up-to-date. How can I tell if SA is up-to-date?
What are the new steps in either upgrading...
Job is being run by the SQL Server Agent, so it is not a permissions issue. In fact the BAK and the TRN files are in the same directory and as I said before the BAK files are being removed correctly.

Can anyone recommend a good network monitoring program that will tell which system is utilizing the most network resources. We would like it to be real time, so we can tell which systems are using the most of our Internet connection.
Thanks in advance for any assistance provided.
I am trying to insure that the data store is backed up, but am not sure where they are located. We have both an SQL server and a regular Access one. What are the file names and where is the data stored.
