Ok thanks for your reply. Once the music has been recorded do you set the "Music" MOH setting to VMIB? I tried this and it stayed as the default music.- bthomas1985

LDK-20 Music on Hold - How to upload
Hi, I have an LDK20 phone system with a VMIB card. I would like to know how to upload and set Music on hold either via the main handset, pc admin software or via the switch moh port itself.
