We need ISA to allow outbound SMTP mail from the Exchange server.

I am using ISA 2006 to filter inbound SMTP and OWA traffic to Exchange 2003 servers. I need to setup an outbound SMTP relay. I was wondering if I could use the ISA box. Does anyone know if this can be done, and how to do it. Any information would be great. Thanks

Does anyone know how to disable complex passwords in Exchange 2007? When I create new users through Exchange 2007, it forces me to use complex passwords. How can I use simple passwords? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
