Thanks for the response. I have looked through this area and the only thing that stands out is that there is an extra entry under ICP/PBX Assignments for a system "4"...all information is blank within this entry, but I dont seem to be able to delete it...could this be the problem?

Thanks very much for the quick response. I will give this a go....just wanted to we can still get night service working with this..as at night we need all calls to these call groups going to individual mailboxes...I will have a go.

We have just put in our 2nd Mitel 3300 (CX) in to a regional office. The system has been linked to our head office (which has an MXe) using clustering and the networking is working fine, we can sync with Ops Manager, call from office to office and network hot desking is working perfectly...

We have a Mitel 3300 in a regional office and they have 2 main incoming phone numbers. All phones have to ring regardless of which number is being called, but the staff must be able to differentiate between the numbers to enable them to answer the call correctly.

Not sure if you resolved this but I recently found out that if using hot desking you halve the number of 53xx handsets that you can use. For example, the 3300 allows 100 users, but with the 53xx handsets, you can only have 50. When you hit the limit, the problem you mentioned starts to occur...
