The TM was just installed day before yesterday. We went from OTM 2.2 to TM 3.2 and installed all the patches. But I was having the same problem with OTM 2.2. The PBX has not been patched.
I have a tty port setup similarly:
but not everything is exactly the same, for instance I only have USER SCH instead of USER MTC SCH BUG and it is a different port number (13). And yes I've checked the customer tab as far as manually entering the username and password with the correct case.
Ok, I brought up the maintenance terminal while I tried from TM and got the following:
"MAT003 USER: ADMIN2 IP ADR: 192.168.46.90"
(That IP address is to my TM server)
That is all that is displayed.
Been there, done that... I contacted Nortel yesterday and they're tech must have done that a billion times to no avail. I'm using the admin2 username and it's password which should work in either passthru or virtual terminal right?
I've been having this problem for a while now. We just upgraded to TM3.2 from OTM2.2 and thought that maybe that would fix it but no. When I try to overlay passthrough to the PBX from TM it says that the username\password combination is incorrect. But I can use the same username and password...
Ok, the original floppy diskette went bad. The replacement floppy diskette I tried first was formatted using Windows. Once I formatted it using DOS it worked great. The floppy diskette size was 1.44mb.
Thanks for everyones help!!!
The floppy diskette is bad, and I've tried a brand new 1.44mb floppy diskette and get the same error (failure to format disk). I'm just need to know what type of floppy diskette to acquire (since the new diskette failed in the same manner).
I've tried using a brand new 1.44mb floppy but get the same error. I moved the floppy from core 1 to core 0 and it worked fine, but I still need to get a replacement.
I've got a CS 1000 PBX and recently I noticed an error showing up when I overlay passthru to the PBX. The error states that the nightly backup did not complete. I ran LD 143 / abko and it replied that it could not format the floppy. Do I need to replace the floppy disk with a 1.44mb floppy or...
Hey Everyone,
Thanks for all your help. I can now get into App Builder. I rebooted the server last night and it works now. I think the fix was the ANONYMOUS LOGON account didn't have remote capabilities. I added that but it must not have taken effect until I rebooted. Again thanks for all...
DCOM is enabled on the CP server and the local activation was already checked. Remote activation was not checked for ANONYMOUS LOGON. I checked that but have not rebooted yet.
