MICS 5.0 Call Pilot 150 We have 5 lines in one pool and another 4 in another pool. We have the 5 lines setup on caller ID cards(2) and the other four on our old DS card. For some reason, we only get caller ID coming up on Line 1. The other lines it comes up as MAIN02 Transfer, or MAIN03...

We don't have it, but will be getting it in the near future. Is there a way to monitor, lets say weekly stats(how many calls, duration) for certain lines? We currently have an MICS 5, with 7 lines. Thanks

Ok, here's what I did. I created a new CCR tree for this line. It has the option to leave a message in two mailboxes. One of them being a guess mailbox. Thanks for all the help.

Why don't I have off prem notification in mailbox admin? Or am I missing something.

Ok, this if fixed. I opened it up and gave it a little cleaning. Works fine now. Thanks for the help.

That is great info executone. But unfortunately doesn't solve my problem. So I take it that I can't setup this new line with voicemail without it having an extension. I might just setup this line on a seperate phone, instead of the receptionist. Then I can have voicemail. Unless there are...

Nope, still nothing. Lets say I hit line 1, then press the handsfree mute button, it says microphone muted on the display. So its working, but just won't release.

I think it is the set. I've tried it on different ports and still the same problem.

Hi, The handsfree mute button is on all the time. Lets say I hit line 1 to make a call, up comes the handsfree mute button. How can I turn this feature off. The programming has Handsfree set to auto and HF answerback is set to yes. Not sure what else I can do. Is it a problem with the phone...

Ok curly, I will give this a shot.

Scenario: The new line I added is at the receptionists phone, so it already has an extension and voicemail. The line works, but essentially, I would like this line to have voice mail. Thanks
