I would recommend UC SAn cert, especially if you want to do autodiscover. I used Digicert and it was very easy and stopped all my annoying pop up security warnings my uses kept getting.

I did read the part about not updating dns. I made the client mapi nic the top priority on the list also. I put them in a new subnet of course, and I did not change the DAG ip address and it seems to be fine. Thanks again. It actually was pretty easy.

Thanks 58Sniper, I bumped up the maximumactivedatabase number on my two dag servers and updated the failed-suspended copy and it went to healthy status.

Both are enterprise. The maximuactivedatabase is blank which means it is the default. I seem to remember that it defaults to 5 for exchange 2010 standard and I am starting to remember now reading that we have to set this ourselves on enterprise. Could that be my problem?
