We get about 2500 dead air calls a day and can't figure out why its happening. A call comes in fine, but no one is on the line. We are using MPower as our carrier. We have a type SL63 board. Anyone know what else I need to do or check to correct this problem?

Say you are calling from 949-123-1234, I want to block you from calling into our office. that is what I mean by blocking selected incoming calls.
