Mark,
Thanks for your input. I disabled the Exchange services and all kinds of errors came up in the Server Status report. I guess I better leave Exchange alone - it's too integrated in SBS03. I realize I'm wasting a big portion of SBS by not using Exchange, but switching to a 3rd party...
I've recently switched to a 3rd party Exchange service provider. Can I, or would it be wise, to remove or disable the Exchange service on my SBS 2003 server? I would like to remove it to free up disk space.
One of our users has numerous mail folders set-up in OL2003, when they try to move an e-mail from one folder to another, the machine instantly freezes and re-boots. Any ideas what might be causing this? The client computer is running Win XP Pro SP2, Outlook 2003 SP1, server is Small Business...
I've built a different profile - same problem. I also setup Outlook with the same user settings and mailbox on a different computer - same problem on that computer. The moving between folders is under exchange and not pst folders. I was wondering - could the files be corrupt on the exchange...

I realized it's my Exchange server that's built-in SBS 2003 that's consuming all the drive space. Do you know if it's safe to move the MDBDATA log files to another locations. This would free up about 3Gigs

Mark - you are right about changing the IP address on a SBS2003 machine - it caused all kinds of problems. Since I have not load anything on the new server, I decided to start from scratch and reload the operating system. If I'm understanding everything right - when the SBS03 server comes to...
