    Message notification pool choice

Here is some more info: Both NAM's have the voicemail boxes set up to use pool 1, however, my one location allows the user to set up message notification and choose which pool to use. So a user could send messages to their cell phone when they are out of the office and across the T1 VOIP when...

    Message notification pool choice

I have two NAM systems, One allows me to choose which pool or line to use for message notification, the other only accepts what was set up in the f983 mailbox configuration. Is this a setting in the system to allow, or do I have two different systems?

The licensing for TS changed just after the release of TS2K3. Before all you would need is a current workstation license to access the terminal. So you could connect to a TS2K with a Windows 2000 Pro license. If you purchased the XP Pro licenses and the TS2K3 server license back before they...

What do we need to do to this old NT4 BDC to make it work on our new network. Do...

    Not going to Voicemail

I just checked the transfer call back and set it for 12 to see what happens. I also tried the f985 to reboot but that only told me what my set number was. I will test to see what happens.

    Not going to Voicemail

When the receptionist transfers a call to an extension, it used to ring 4-5 times and then go to voicemail if not answered. Now it rings back to the receptionist after the 4-5 rings. What could have changed in the configuration to cause this?
