Include into your RMAN script into the parms or send section

Then the index for the Networker Virtual Client will be written to.

Hallo Techies around the world, after a failure of Networker backing up a SQLServer 7.0 database, the remaining backup processes are still running. They must be killed in order to start a new backup cycle.
The next message is appearing :
ns2309:MSSQL: nsrsqlsv: MS SQL Server v7.0 reports...
Hello, when you are using Legato Networker, you have to define your Jukebox (Autochanger).
First. Run Inquire from the Commandlevel.
Second. Run Jbconfig from the Commandlevel.
After that the Autochanger and your tapedevices should be defined ok.
It is very leikely that the Service mentioned is the Removable Storage Manager that cannot be started.
With Legato Networker it should be DISABLED.
Hope this helps.
We have the same problem with our IBM W2K Server in combination with NW 6.1.0 and maybe therefore very often connection problems and inactivity timeouts. We are very desperate. Please Help.
There is a Hotfix from Legato for the NW NT4 6.1.0 Client.
Is contains only the liblocal.dll file.
It is not there for the 6.1.1 Version. But the workaround given by marmic seems ok to me.
