Actually, there is a support article with this same issue on the Crystal Decisions web site but for Seagate Info 7. I had the same issue with Crystal Reports 8.5 - I had to remove the association and manually enter for .rpt extension. Make sure the type is set to application/x-rpt and for...- Brad
