sounds a bit weird have you looked at your VSDN table in mail also it maybe a good idea to check the following
EFD/HUNT/EHT/FDN - make sure one or all of these point to an ACDDN in the meridian, this ACDDN should then also appear in the VSDN table in mail with VM set as the service

l don't know the user to your question but is it a firmware issue because l have had problems with phome directories on M3904 and l upgraded/downgraded the software and that cured that problem

The delay may be coming from the miran card ie, is there enough conference ports available for callers and it maybe useful to check the route settings

RTYP lvl,con,mlss (announement start/stop/continious)
