we have many sites and this is happening to our 6 sites only.
this is happening always to same phones.
we noticed this when we upraded cm from 6.3 to 8
we have an issue where sekeced 9620 phone are having a beep tone and connecting message on display every mondays.
these phones have no dial to until to unplug cable at the back, and they work fine the whole week.
however, users are geeting frustated for them to rests the phone every mondays

Is it possible to have back office phones to automatically log out?
Problem is that users always forget to log out from their phone when they come home and this leads open for night people(ie cleaners) abuse to use.
Be noted that other secured rooms(managers) don't need to log out...

Hi I am 100 no knowledge of SBCE but starting to learn.
However, I was asked to get a 'call logs' coming from SIP trunks in SBCE.
Appreciate anyone help or can give a command.
I was told it is in command line.
