    Netfinity 5500 memory error on startup.

    No dimm slots(memory bank) where disable. I tried to disable one at a time and re-starting server each time just to see if it would make a difference but it's not. Do you think it could be the processor motherboard that be defective.

    Yes, I save my settings. When I say performance decreased, it did'nt decrease as much it would with the cache disable.

    The cache isn't disable I tried to disable it and re-enable it but it did'nt work I also tried to switch from Write-back cache to write-through cache, I still haved the same problem at startup.
