Performance agent failed
first stop the agent and then start the prfagent in the debug mode using the command prfagent start -l 4 (or ) prfagebt start -d 4 . Check your awservices file if the dependent services are already started or not. Prfagent requires aws_sadmin and aws_snmp to be started before it starts.- bornstar

oracle agent onsun solaris
You can use deinstall.aworks <some options> to uninstall the oracle agent or use command caiOrA2 <i dont remember the exact agent name > caiOraA2 remove option works. Again to install just give cmd caiOraA2 install...that's it- bornstar

upgrade from 3.1 genlevel 0000 to 3.1 genlevel 0403
I need to upgrade Unicenter NSM from 3.1 genlevel 0000 to 3.1 genlevel 0403 on tru64 unix. what is the procedure for it ???- bornstar
