    Export to PDF without getting the on-screen preview

    FYI - Crystal Reports 8 that is included in the Info 7.5 package does have the capability to export in PDF format. The stand alone version 8 is Product 8.0.1.0 and the version bundled with Info 7.5 is 8.0.1.1.

    Selecting partial data in a string... Please Help!!

    You can use the "Mid" function starting with the 4th character and for a length of 2-basically this is just substringing the string or you can use the "Like Pattern" (under the "Operators", "Pattern") "???12???". Hope this helps!

    We would like to create forms for lease contracts that will read off of one database, then, have multiple subreports with different paragraphs containing bookmarks from a different database and each subreport section will have conditional formatting suppressing the "wrong" paragraphs...
