Cannot run Quark on a 'locked volume'?!
I just ran into the same problem tonight. I consider myself technically savvy and I'm stumped as to how to fix this problem. Did you find a solution? BTW, your's was the only hit I found when I googled a query about this problem. Quark, of course, had nothing in their knowledge base about this...- BobatAmara
