I have found that the original Auto Attendant (3077) has a pool (890) that contains line 808 but it will not let me delete 808 out of it. I created a pool 891 and added that to my new Auto Attendant (6700) but cannot get line 808 to go into it. Am I on the right track? Thanks

When I try to look at the extension reports, it doesnt give me anything. All I get is a blank page (Using Win SPM).
I also added 6005 into group 30 (which is out VM).
