    Hunt Group

Yup I got it. I figured out a way to remove the line from a pool. Once that happened, it let me add that line to another pool. Thanks for the help.

    Hunt Group

I have found that the original Auto Attendant (3077) has a pool (890) that contains line 808 but it will not let me delete 808 out of it. I created a pool 891 and added that to my new Auto Attendant (6700) but cannot get line 808 to go into it. Am I on the right track? Thanks Ben

    Hunt Group

We have a Hunt Group Setup (lines 801 - 808) to go to an auto attendant (Calling Group 3077). Now I am trying to setup a second Auto Attendant (Calling Group 6700) for a special project that we are doing. I called the phone company and had them remove line 808 from the original hunt group. I...

    Delayed Call Forwarding

I have an interesting problem. I recently added a phone (5005) with primary coverage for another phone (6005) so that both phones ring at the same time. Since then I have another phone (6031) that seems to have delayed call forwarding activated for 6005. That phone (6031) will ring after the...

Coverage Ringing on a Single Line Cordless Phone

Nevermind, I got it. APPARENTLY, my system seems to belive that the single line analog cordless phone is actually a multi-line phone. I just programmed a phatom button as primary coverage for ext 6005 and it worked like a champ. I guess thats what happens when you start poking around...

Coverage Ringing on a Single Line Cordless Phone

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to setup a single line analog cordless phone (ext 5000) to ring immediately whenever a call is placed to a digital 4406D+ phone (ext 6005)? I've been looking at the Group Coverage all day but all the information states that the receiver phone has to be a...

    Local Access Via Dial 9

I have my Merlin Magix setup almost finished. Thanks for all of everyone's previous help. But one interesting problem remaining. It is setup so that you dial 9 to access an outside long distance line (via T1) however it does NOT get to my Analog Hunt Group (801 - 808). I CAN access and make...

    Merlin Magix Auto Attendant Setup

Thanks for the info. The Folks (2 years before I got to it)that set this up did not leave any documentation with it. How can I tell which port is the VMS. I read somewhere that it should be defaulted at 768 (thats not it) and I tried 3077 ( a calling group that was setup) and that didnt work...

I am trying to setup the Auto Attendant on this thing(Merlin Messanging Release 2.0) This was moved from another office where the AA was working. I have since changed the AA greeting to match our needs. When I dial the AA # 2 ext (3077) I get my greeting, but when I dial 0 or any other...
