All these settings are already correct. After turning my computer off and on again, it came up with all the correct information under the DHCP. It will not, however, connect to the net or renew the ip address.
The Lease Obtained date shows that the ip address was obtained just a few minutes...

I started up my computer today and I again had an IP address. I got the following from the ipconfig /all command:
