Recording calls from OSCC
Hi ASC is the solution to use. ASC works hand in hand with Unify/Atos. Their solution does integrated recording via a STMI by making a conference call and recording in this manner. It does not use spanning. So it will work. It also record other media like Teams etc. Regards- Blommetjie

Forwarding Help please
Hi all, I have a request on call forwarding on the 4000. Say I have an ext 1234. This ext is now fwded to a nr 86 set in wabe as DAR: HUNT In the Hunt 86 I have 3 ext numbers ie 4567, 5678, 6789.
