Serial number not showing up in device manager

Start backup job immediatly after a previus job ends.
I have several drives with several backup jobs scheduled. Sometimes I may have a backup job finish and the drive just sits unutilized until the the next job is scheduled. Which could be as much as a couple of hours. How do I schedule jobs to start as soon as the previous backup job ends...- blee5
