Great to know... two more questions relating to my original post:
* is it possible to install CCC (not licensed) and just pull data from the database as mattknight wonders? (I assume no, but I need something beyond conjecture, I suppose I shall try if no one knows)
* if no, what's the simplest...
OK, I didn't understand some of the details above, now I do (I think) :) .
Of course, the most important thing is your exchange mailbox data. You can probably get by with not keeping anything else. But you HAVE to stop putting mail on this thing, or you're as culpable as the fool that set up...
Not trying to complicate things... but this customer just doesn't know what they want. Which is why they're asking tek-tips :^) Anyway... didn't know vbscript required a license... so I'm back to spend some money or the email action. I don't mind spending the money. Vendor is long gone, we've...
OK, thanks for that info. I might try two things - vbscript or email. Right now I have one callflow that emails me when certain options are used, I may try to use vbscript to log vmpro actions to a file. Anyone have experience with that?
You might consider how you want it to look in the end. My suggestion (from just skimming) would be to put your exchange store(s) on your external box or just another array in the same box.
If I were you, I would FIRST do a consistency check of the volume (through openmanage) and make SURE it's...
Browsing shouldn't be depended on at all for anything (IMHO)... it's what we have AD for. True you can't browse for services, but that only works if you're looking to get something for nothing or you have a very small network. Browsing provides a lot of info to unauthenticated computers about...
OK... (this feels a bit like Abbott & Costello) if I don't have CCC, just Delta Server, am I outta luck? I'm sorry if I'm completely missing something here...
I want to use Delta Server to tell me which options people press in my AutoAttendant. Delta Server is working and in my AutoAttend module I've modified the "Reporting" tab on several actions and filled in some info and checked "Flag the current call has been answered by voicemail". I've searched...
Disconnect Units are at 500ms.... and that doesn't fix my SCN issue. I've also noticed this in the monitor banner:
VMAIL=1(VER=2 TYP=1)
VMPro is 3.2, does this matter?
update - saw that one of the calls was incoming on an analog pots so I physically disconnected it & now the call is gone. But that doesn't explain the call from across SCN... the user's phone doesn't show that the call is in progress.
Analog POTS, but right now one of the lines thats hung is from an extension across SCN (I guess checking vm). This started happening when we upgraded to 3.2(59)
