Getting spool32 errors when printing in Word....
We had a similar error, one way around this if your network is up to speed and the printers have enough memory is to change the print 'spool' options to 'print direct to printer' Only do this if you are getting spool32 errors..obviously try the steps on the Microsoft site before doing this..- BirchyWirchy

MS Office 97 Toolbar Icon Problem
Ok - strange one this - a number of our users are losing the icons on the MS Office toolbar (e.g they had a word button with the 'W' icon - this gets replaced with the 'new office document icon) this happens to all icons - they can be set back using customise/buttons/change icon..but this is a...- BirchyWirchy
